...to Feb. 13,2021 Impeachment verdict: "Guilty", when counting votes correctly
By their own admission of these U.S. Senators' public support for incitement and perpetuated residue of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, having "given aid and comfort to" the January 6, 2021 insurrection or rebellion to overturn the 2020 Presidential election results, a minimum of 14 Senators plus 3 more who also acted in violation of their oaths to be "impartial" in considering Impeachment conviction, were automatically Constitutionally prohibited (by Amendment Article 14, Sections 3. and 4.) from participating and voting in the 2nd Impeachment trial. Adjusting for invalidity of their votes, the number of votes required for conviction in the 2nd Impeachment changed from 67 down to 56 (57 even if only one of the 3 acting impartially were to be added to the 14). So, corrected for those who overtly gave "aid and comfort to" this election-related insurrection or rebellion, the total of 57 "Guilty" votes on Saturday, February 13, 2021, achieved conviction by the two-thirds Senate majority required for Impeachment conviction. If it had been subsequently taken, a simple majority vote to prohibit from future elected office would also have been achieved.
Further, the entire U.S. Supreme Court ceased to "hold their offices during good behavior" (Article 3, Section 1) when they also gave "aid and comfort to" insurrection or rebellion in the form of allowing the insurrection-inciting or rebellion-inciting President "any other Emolument from the United States" in the form of both retaining such illegitimate profits (Article 1, Section 9, "Emolument"; Article 2, Section 1, "Emolument") plus continuing to receive future, perpetuating residue from both such Emoluments and from "illegal and void" "debts, obligations, and claims" "incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States" (Amendment Article 14, Section 4) by the entire Supreme Court's failure to uphold and mandate such Constitutionally-required complete severance of all perks of Presidential Office and post-Presidency.
